At The Gentle Waxer, I totally get that things come up—but please be mindful that my time is valuable.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows and repeat last-minute cancellations may result in being blocked from future bookings.
